Say word…

Word is getting out that after the surprise cameo from Sam Jackson as Nick Fury at the very end of Iron Man, his role as the iconic Marvel character may have come and gone.
SMH…
“There was a huge kind of negotiation that broke down. I don’t know. Maybe I won’t be Nick Fury. Maybe somebody else will be Nick Fury or maybe Nick Fury won’t be in it. There seems to be an economic crisis in the Marvel Comics world so [they're saying to me], ‘We’re not making that deal.’”

Damn…can you imagine just the contact high some of the people in the room would get? LOL…chances are they’ll forget there’s an actual competition going on (unless there’s $ involved)
Here’s the press conference for Miguel Cotto & Kelly Pavlik’s co-headlining PPV on Feb 21st. Cotto will be facing UK’s Michael Jennings for the WBO Welterweight title in Madison Square Garden (which was vacated by Paul Williams) while Pavlik will be facing mandatory challenger Marco Antonio Rubio in Ohio.
I’ve been waitin for this for a minute. The original was legendary horror film director Wes Craven’s first film which involves 2 girls who go to NYC for a show and get sidetracked by 4 lunatics that have plans in store for them you couldn’t imagine. The original caused a lot of controversy due to the graphic nature of the murders that take place.
The remake has a bit of the same story with a little twist. It drops this Spring.
