Many people ask me why I haven’t put out a project with all the beats I have laying in the stash. Well I’ve come to the conclusion that it’s finally time.
This is the first song off the project called “Stars” featuring BK Cyph, The Incomparable Shakespeare, and Mickey Factz. Look for the project to be released in early 2009

Well, looks as if the Mosley vs Margarito fight that was tentatively scheduled for Jan 24th is off as Margarito’s camp turned down the deal which would’ve made Margarito $2 Million (He got about 1.3 Million in Cotto fight). In turn, Golden Boy now are furious at the last min decision on part of Marg’s camp who sent a “note” to Top Rank turning down the fight saying they don’t want to fight the guy Cotto already beat (regardless of Margarito telling the press he was going to kill Mosley). There’s no word yet as to who Margarito’s next opponent will be though he has a rematch with Cotto in June if Cotto gets passed Michael Jennings for the Vacant WBO Welterweight title.
So where does this leave Mosley? A possible fight on the same date against rising star and current WBC champ Andre Berto. This fight has actually been floating around the net but was to take place sometime in March or April. I still believe Mosley can win this fight because I still see minor flaws in Berto’s defense, but nonetheless I definitely would want to see it.
I’m still on the fence about it, but I “sorta” have an idea of who’ll win.
